Heather Holst-Knudsen is the Founder & CEO of H2K Labs, a tech-enabled value creation firm that helps media, event, data, and marketplace businesses accelerate revenue, improve profitability, and grow enterprise value through data, digital, and AI. She also leads Revenue Room™ Connect, a professional network and executive education platform for revenue-critical leaders, and hosts The Revenue Room™ Podcast.

A veteran of the B2B information and events industry, Heather began her career at Thomas Publishing, Miller Freeman, Reed Elsevier, and IDG before leading—and selling—Thomas’s Manufacturing Enterprise Communications division. She’s since advised SaaS innovators like Feathr, Gleanin, Brella, and Edflex, while growing H2K Labs into a trusted strategic partner.

Widely recognized for her leadership in data-driven revenue acceleration, digital transformation, and product innovation, Heather brings over 30 years of experience turning complex data into scalable growth.

Kerry Gumas

CEO, Metacomet Advisors

Kerry Gumas is founder and CEO of Metacomet Advisors, which provides strategic advisory and board services to technology, marketing services, information companies and event owners and, via Metacomet Ventures, co-invests in early stage and growth businesses. Kerry co-founded and served as a director and CEO of Questex, a leading global business information and event producer, and previously held senior executive positions at Reed Exhibitions, Advanstar, and IDG.

His industry affiliations include prior service as chairman at the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and service as board member of Connectiv, the global business information association division of SIIA.
